  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times:

    • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

    • Express Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, customs delays, or courier service disruptions.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.

  • Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

4. International Shipping

  • We currently ship to select countries. Shipping fees and delivery times for international orders will be calculated at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.

5. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
